Metamorphosis
is a unique personal training studio providing clients with an
alternative
experience in fitness as we are not a health club or a gym.
We
provide personal training services in a private to semi-private setting
in a
non-intimidating environment. We offer one-on-one and small group
personal training
and yoga as well as group exercise classes including strength and
conditioning,
heart rate monitored cycling, kettlebell conditioning, fitness dancing,
fitness
boxing and pilates. Massage therapy services are also available.
We listen to you ~ your goals are what shape your workouts.
Personalizing
fitness opens the door to a lifetime of good habits. You will learn
techniques
and exercises not offered at traditional health clubs!
We do not charge initiation fees or monthly dues. You pay only for the
services
you choose. For
client convenience, personal
training sessions are by appointment only.

Our training focus is on functional and integrated training, working
our bodies
the way that we use them. This means working large and small muscle
groups
alike, moving multiple joints through full ranges of motion, and
constantly
emphasizing stability and body control.
Many exercisers rely on machine training and
simple motions for their weight
training regimens. These exercises work large muscle groups but miss
small
stabilizing muscles, the sorts which allow us to maintain body balance
and
stability, and help to prevent injuries.
High-quality integrated training will train your body to be strong and
healthful, balanced and stable, and will help you build muscle, burn
calories,
and rapidly increase strength and endurance.
